We are pleased to announce that Sweetwater Union High School District, beginning NOVEMBER 15, 2016, now uses The Work Number® to provide automated employment and income verifications for our employees.

The Work Number from Equifax is a fast and secure way to provide proof of your employment or income—a necessary step in many of today’s life events including obtaining credit, financing a home or automobile, obtaining a housing lease or securing government benefits or services. The Work Number simplifies the verification process and accelerates qualifying decisions through an online system available to verifiers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Hundreds of thousands of credentialed verifiers rely on The Work Number for rapid access to information critical to their decision process, and thousands of employers nationwide have entrusted The Work Number to provide this important service on behalf of their employees.

Additionally, the employees who work for organizations that contribute information to The Work Number can access one (1) free Employment Data Report (EDR) each year through www.theworknumber.com. The EDR provides complete historical employment and income information, as well as a listing of verifier requests for the past two years.  Click here for instructions on accessing an Employment Data Report (EDR).

For additional information about The Work Number or accessing your Employment Data Report, please visit www.theworknumber.com/employees and use the log-in information below.

STEP 1 •  Visit www.theworknumber.com/employees.  After clicking Sign Up, select “Not A Robot” before continuing. Enter the district’s employer code (17999 ) or search for “Sweetwater Union High School District”.
STEP 2 •  Log In and Confirm Your Identity

*First-time users select the “Register Now” option. You will be required to provide additional data for authentication and you will need to complete a one-time passcode challenge. After authenticating, you will create a personal User ID and Password.  If you are not initially presented with the Register Now option or need login assistance, you can call our Client Service Center at 800-996-7566.

*Returning users enter the personal user ID and password you had previously created. If you’ve forgotten your User ID or password, select “Forgot User ID” or “Forgot Password” to re-authenticate and complete a one-time passcode challenge.  Please remember your personal user ID and personal password, as stringent security standards are in place to help protect your data.
